On the basis of morphological psychology, around 45 permanent and 55 freelance employees at the rheingold institute - most of them psychologists - analyze unconscious psychological influencing factors and connections to meaning using methods developed in-house. Our home is Cologne, our research is international. With branches in San Francisco and Shanghai, we are at home on three continents.
Our rheingold employees have one thing in common: enthusiasm for morphological research. Wanting to know more, not being satisfied too quickly. Coupled with a very high level of professional and personal competence and a sure sense of quality. Dedicated, committed and up to date.
We are proud of our lively, competent and motivated team! Through cooperative teamwork, flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes, we reconcile the interests of the company with the personal concerns of our employees in the best possible way.
In a 24-month trainee program, we will train you to become a morphological effects researcher. Or you can apply for an internship with us, for a period of six to 12 weeks. The internship offers you the chance to get to know how morphological psychology works in the context of market and media research.
The rheingold Academy is the continuing education institution in the field of depth psychological impact research. In succession to the Cologne Academy for Market and Media Research, together with public and private universities and the rheingold institute, the Academy offers practice-oriented training in the field of market and media psychology.
