How can people be inspired to get involved in society in times of increasing self-referentiality? What psychological drivers and aspirations are important when addressing people, what worries and resistance need to be overcome?
The Workers' Samaritan Federation has examined this important social issue with the rheingold Institute. On November 14 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. we will be presenting interesting insights digitally. Six central engagement motives show how the aspirations and needs of potential volunteers can be specifically addressed.
Stephan Grünewald and Anna Brand (rheingold) as well as Dr. Stefan Sandbrink and Stefanie Könitz-Goes (ASB NRW e.V.) will present and discuss the exciting results and answer your questions.
