What motivates people in Germany in view of the demonstrations against the right? What do they expect from politicians, institutions and companies, and what are they themselves prepared to invest? In a recent study, we are taking a look at the psychological motives behind the protests and linking the results with the findings of our major democracy study.

We will present the results to you digitally on Wednesday, January 31 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Register here

For the fourth time in a row, the rheingold Institute conducted the"How we really live" study together with Philip Morris 2023. Every year, the study looks at various developments and phenomena in society that are challenging from a democratic perspective. In view of the European elections and the state elections in Saxony, Brandenburg and Thuringia this year, as well as the broad social protests, the results of the study are even more relevant.
