In a study with Pawlik Consultants, we were able to identify major erosion processes in retention relationships: 60 percent of employees are dissatisfied with existing offers, and up to 39 percent are open to change or have already decided to do so. In times of a shortage of skilled workers, solutions are urgently needed.
