Opportunities of the hybrid shopper journey in grocery retailing

What makes customers tick during their entire shopping journey? GS1 Germany, Holistic Consulting and the rheingold Institute conducted a study on the different shopper journeys in the grocery trade.

Along a hybrid shopper journey, many opportunities open up for profiling for retailers and positioning for manufacturers - not just at the shelf, but already in the living room. We will show you exciting insights into the tracking of behavior in stationary food retailing and discuss measures.

We will present parts of the previously unpublished study in a free digital event on January 24, 2023 from 11 am to 12 pm. Speakers will be rheingold psychologist Sebastian Buggert and Dr. Markus Schweizer (Holistic).
