More and more consumers are becoming flexitarians, vegetarians and vegans. What drives them, what hardships do they face, and how will this trend continue? What are the expectations of manufacturers and retailers in this context? We conducted research on this topic for Kulinaria Deutschland and found, among other things, four motivation types.
