Artificial intelligence has the potential to fundamentally change the way we work. It is not just a new tool - it touches on key issues of competence, identity and self-worth.
AI and the future of work: stress test for leadership and collaboration In this current psychological study for the randstad Foundation, we have qualitatively and quantitatively examined the fears, hopes and defense mechanisms that people develop when dealing with AI - and why the same technology is used playfully in everyday private life, but is often associated with uncertainty and reticence at work.
This knowledge is crucial for companies: our study shows how employees really feel about AI - and what employers can do to ensure that people work with AI without fear, productively and with confidence. Only in this way can the technology develop its potential instead of creating new uncertainty.
We will discuss the key questions in the webinar:
- What unconscious fears and triggers shape the way we deal with AI in the work context? - Why are attitudes and use so different in private and professional contexts? - What guiding principles, rules and narratives help companies to constructively integrate AI?
