1. the crises of our time are influencing the eating habits of people in Germany. Increased self-referentiality and multiple demands on nutrition have led to a loss of oral innocence. The Nestlé study conducted by rheingold "This is Germany 2024" conducted by rheingold shows how the search for lost light-heartedness is leading to four major trends that determine eating habits.
2. we are delighted and mighty proud! Stephan Grünewald, co-founder of the rheingold Institute, is "Personality of the Year 2024". The prestigious award is presented by the BVM Berufsverband Deutscher Markt- und Sozialforscher e.V . to recognize special achievements in the industry. The award will be presented at this year's Congress of German Market Research on June 5 at the Frankfurt National Library.
3. snacking as a nutritional ideal 2.0: at the Healthy Snack Summit on June 13 in Hamburg, rheingold CMO Johannes Mauss will give a presentation on how classic snacks have evolved from sinful food products into modern urban fitness products.
