  • Design and implementation of our quantitative research projects in cooperation with our qualitative specialists ("Quant meets Qual")
  • Questionnaire design and programming

Project Organization Specialist / Project Assistance (f/m/d) in Market Research - Cologne/Full-time

Tasks

You support our project managers (and occasionally managing directors) in all organizational and administrative tasks that arise in the context of our national and international research projects, e.g.:

  • Preparation of offers/calculations and questionnaires (incl. cost accounting)
  • Quality assurance/control
  • Coordination of appointments, preparation of timings
  • Travel planning and organization /Travel expense reports
  • Selection, negotiation with and commissioning of external cooperation partners
  • Layout and editing of innovative and concise result presentations

Internships at rheingold

We have fixed application deadlines for which internships are always awarded every six months. The application deadline for the first half of the following year is June 30, for the second half of the following year December 31. However, we are also happy to accept your application documents now.

Our requirements:

      • Enrolled students from the fields of psychology /social /cultural /media studies.
      • Interest in market, media and cultural research
      • Curiosity and openness for new approaches to topics and issues of our culture
      • Interest in qualitative-psychological methods of social research (ideally first experiences)
      • Willingness to work flexible hours
      • Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
      • Very good English skills

Our offer:

The internship offers the chance to get to know the working methods of morphological psychology in the context of market and media research and this in one of the most renowned institutes of qualitative-psychological impact research. Our interns are directly involved in the project work by supporting the project teams in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of psychological-qualitative research. This includes, among other things, participation in rheingoldGroups® and workshops, customer contact, participation in rheingoldInterviews®, active participation in analysis sessions, and assistance in the preparation of presentations.

In a 24-month program, we train trainees to become morphological impact researchers.

Every six months, starting on 01.04. and 01.10., a training cohort starts with us and we take on new trainees.

In the two-year training program, we teach the tools of morphological psychology as well as an introduction to marketing and other important aspects of business life, in order to subsequently be able to explore our culture as well as the cultures of other countries in depth psychology.

During the 16-month Trainee-Basic training, the focus is on conducting in-depth interviews and group discussions, followed by an introduction to the training fields of evaluation, customer support and project organization. If suitable, this is followed by an 8-month trainee master's program focusing on analysis, report writing and presentation. At the end of the two training phases, participants are qualified as project managers.

Our goal is to employ you on a permanent basis after you have successfully completed your trainee training.
