With their commitment and enthusiasm, we appreciate our employees a lot. As enthusiastic morphologists, pragmatic and attentive consultants, they contribute their knowledge, experience and professionalism with passion. We want to ensure that work, family and leisure time can be easily combined. For us, therefore, flexible working time models, a wide range of training and development opportunities, and variable remuneration systems, among other things, are a matter of course.
A cooperative atmosphere and fast decision-making processes offer plenty of scope to develop and implement your own ideas.

If you have a corresponding diploma from the University of Cologne or a university degree in a related science and have also completed training as a morphological effects researcher, we look forward to receiving your application at any time.
