The Cologne-based rheingold Institute is strengthening its management team with top-class talent: Marketing professional Johannes Mauss is now Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the management board of the depth-psychological market and media research institute. Johannes Mauss not only expands the company's marketing and sales expertise, but also brings extensive experience in the areas of brand strategy, innovation management, corporate governance and sustainability.

As CMO, he is responsible for marketing, PR as well as sales and strategic brand consulting, among other things. "We are proud to have gained such a creative mind with national as well as international marketing expertise for rheingold," says Stephan Grünewald, founder and member of the management board. Johannes Mauss has a degree in business administration and is a qualified moderator. On the client side, he has been responsible for numerous studies and market research projects.

Strategically, the newly created position means in particular an expansion of consulting expertise and the stronger integration of the customer perspective, emphasizes the management. With the expertise of Johannes Mauss, the rheingold Institute can tailor its studies even more precisely to the needs of its customers. "In this way, we are enriching our research expertise with innovative strength and deep industry knowledge. A particular focus will also be on expanding our portfolio to include brand and strategy consulting."

Previously, Johannes Mauss was managing director of biozentrale. In this role, he was responsible for managing the repositioning of the company and its brand "biozentrale - Kraft der Natur".

Mauss was previously Marketing Director at Vapiano and Marketing Manager at Haus Rabenhorst. There, he repositioned and further developed the brand award-winning brands Rotbäckchen and Rabenhorst, among others. Mauss' previous positions include Bahlsen (Innovation Management & International Marketing), Schneekoppe (Brand Management) and the Swiss Burger und Söhne Group (Head of International Marketing).
