The search for the new working day

Search for the new working day

"The extent of change is underestimated, but also overestimated"

Stephan Grünewald in an interview with NWXnow

The realignment of our daily work routine seems to be establishing itself - forced - for the time being. What is perceived as a blessing by one is cursed by the next. We experience greater flexibility, superiors and colleagues no longer watch our backs - we are freer. But does everyone experience it that way? Collegial-friendship relations suffer from the spatial separation. And can't the presence of superiors in the next room also have a motivating effect?

In search of the new togetherness in the working world, cabaret artist Florian Schröder and Stephan Grünewald met digitally for an interview. They talked about the time before Corona, the status quo and the - daring - look into the future. Among other things, they discussed what will remain of the new way of working when the contact restrictions are lifted again, or how working in the aftermath will adapt to the old familiar but possibly worn-out working world. There will probably not be a simple "back", but what then? Possible answers are provided by the conversation held as part of the NWXnow ORGATEC SPECIAL and broadcast live on 27.10.2020.
